What was the highlight of Valentin Playa de Muro

Good stay.

Good location, walk to the beach. Place is a bit dated, jacuzzi was not heated. Large selection of food; good but not great. Pool was large but cool. Staff were nice. Room is fine, again a bit dated but AC worked well.

Would have liked a heated jacuzzi with jets that worked.

A superb relaxing week in a lovely hotel with very friendly staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great choice at breakfast and dinner. Very friendly service at the terrace bar in the evenings. Good location near the beach and expansive nature reserve. A bus stop right outside the hotel with a very good bus service was very handy. Accommodation was clean, well-serviced and very comfortable. As we had an early morning departure before breakfast a packed breakfast was waiting for us at reception as we checked out. A very thoughtful surprise.

The only thing we didn't like was having to go home!

Clean rooms, delicious breakfast and amazing staff.

I liked the breakfast, the food was delicious and good variety. I loved that the most beautiful beach was just across the road. The staff were really helpful and friendly and accommodated our needs very well. The shower temperature, size and water pressure was amazing!

I didn’t like the fact that the bed in our room was 2 single beds pushed together. We would have preferred a double or king size bed as the beds kept separating on the slippery floor and there was a constant gap between beds so we had to keep pushing them back together multiple times.

Great location, short walk from the beach and short walk from touristic bits with shops and restaurants. breakfast and dinner fantastic. Nice staff. The bungalow was pleasant and modern, AC well working and the ceiling was great for sleeping at night. Facilities very nice, 2 separate pools with comfy pool chairs/beds. Overall well worth the money

Great location for a family vacation

Great location, close to the beach and away from the crowds. The food was varied and always good quality. The baby pool was huge and always with warm weather.

There were a lot of mosquitos but as long as you are prepared it’s great

A beautiful, calm and tranquil setting for a blend of holiday needs. Ideal for any training athlete.

The whole hotel need refurbishment touch, but other then that strong recommendation.

Staff is

2 beds in the bedroom on tiles joined together. In the night they would split and I could fall to the ground if I move to the middle of the bed.

Relaxing place with additional training pool. Close to a great beach.

Very relaxing place with nice surroundings and beach is close. Great to have two pools, the "training pool" is a nice add! There are also sun bathing beds in training pool area. Nice food for the money. Staff, chefs and waitress all friendly and professionally. Btw there is a karting place not that many kms from hotel, strongly recommended to have a run there! :) If you have a car it's a small drive there.

We first got a bungalow that had mold problem (one of the lamp covers had serious mold in it) and it had effect on our breathing. We asked for a change and staff made it possible, next bungalow was nice.

Nature, beautiful sandy beach, for families.

Located very close to one of the best beach (if not the best) in Mallorca, quiet, for families that are looking for peace and less vibrant surroundings. Stuff were supporting to our requests. We had a nice stay.

In 4 night sleeps, we had 3 confusions about our drink order. One waiter is ordering, another bringing the drinks and we had to remind them about our order, as drinks either went to wrong table or we just did not receive it. However, we saw this as a minor thing, as we managed to sort it out each time without any debates, but it is something that should not happen and guest should not use the time on.

Overall I am pretty happy with this hotel.

They changed my initial room when the wifi didn't work properly and upgraded me to a level above, where wifi worked flawlessly. If you are looking for a self paced sports camp, ideal place to rent a bike (plenty of options) 25m swimming pool with enough lanes. Staff very respectful and attentive. On my last day, I got a full body massage which was also one of the best I ever had. Lunch had simple but delicious options. Buffet dinner was also good, which I had only once during my week stay.

The phone in the second room didn't work and was not fixed until I left.

Definitely, we would come back!

The staff was incredibly friendly, especially at the restaurant, with special mention to Mari Carmen and Juanjo who paid attention to every detail to provide us with the best experience. We chose a Silver bungalow which is a great concept, fully integrated with nature and very comfortable. In addition, its location is simply amazing. Finally, the shower is the best :)

The pillow wasn't comfortable enough. The outdoor jacuzzi at the pool wasn't working. The dinner finishes at 9 pm which is too early. As we left the hotel very early in the morning, with no option to enjoy the breakfast, they provided us with a breakfast box which was very poor (1 apple, 1 banana, 1 water, 1 ham&cheese roll, small salad). In fact, we asked for a sandwich instead of this type of roll...

Great for cyclists. Swimming pool after the ride. Fantastic cuisine and extremely nice staff.

I can personally recommend this place to all cyclists. We were with bicycles. We could have the bikes inside, access is very easy. After the ride we could use the pool. Fantastic cuisine and extremely nice staff. We were excited.

Peaceful, Pleasant and great for a short or long stay.

Great location. just across the road from the beach. Good facilities, and the staff were very helpful and vary friendly.

Hard to pin point anything specific. Probably useful to know that it’s a bit of a hub for cycling, so their numbers can be a bit overwhelming at times, but can easily be avoided too, so not really an issue.

Very good quality accommodation with helpful staff a stones throw from the beach and close to public transport.

The newly refurbished bungalow we stayed in was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, so there’s really no need for a car if you’re happy to use the bus to visit the neighbouring towns, and you can walk straight across to the beach.

We stayed half board, which was convenient and seemed amazing value, but we would probably choose room only in the future. The food quality and choice was passable, but the hot buffet food was usually lukewarm and a lot of the dishes seemed to lack flavour. Perhaps that was deliberate and the intention was to use the various sauces and condiments to flavour to our taste.

Fantastic stay at Valentin Playa Muro

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff, great (and lots of choice) for food and comfortable accomodation. Pools were great and also playground and toys for kids to use. Accomodation is not fancy but it's well thought out and has everything you need- comfy beds, blackout curtains etc. The baby cot was perfect and with a proper mattress and fitted sheet. Location was wonderful. The live music in the evening was a lovely bonus! Overall we loved our stay here.
